Mixed Milk Cheese

Some of Spain's finest cheeses are created using a blend of cow's, sheep's or goat's milk. Originally this was an expedient way to preserve the milk of different livestock, but over the ages this method has created incredible cheeses with blended flavors that make for complex and flavorful cheeses.
