This sampler of juicy, tender cuts of premium Ibérico pork will change your concept of how delicious pork can be. This Ibérico pork comes from the special black pigs native to Spain, pasture raised in the forests of southern Spain. It has a deep, rich flavor and intense marbling, making it meltingly flavorful.
Ibérico grilling pork cuts included in this combo:
Presa Ibérica - Pork Shoulder Steak (1.3-1.8 pounds): This thick cut of tender, marbled pork is nicknamed "the other red meat." Season with salt and pepper and grill to medium rare for tender slices.
Solomillo Ibérico - Pork Tenderloin (0.6-1 pound): This is what a tenderloin is supposed to taste like! This cut is leaner than the others, with a tender bite and complex flavor that puts all other tenderloins to shame.
Secreto Ibérico – Pork Skirt Steak (1.2-1.7 pounds): This thin, juicy cut tastes like a marriage of bacon and steak! Sizzle this thin cut over medium-high heat on the grill and let the fats melt and bathe the pork in delicious flavor.
Pluma Ibérico – Pork End Loin (0.9-1.3 pounds): This cut is intensely marbled for a full flavor and a tender bite. Also great on the grill or cast iron skillet.
These Ibérico pork cuts will arrive frozen and vacuum sealed. Thaw in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature before cooking. The USDA recommends cooking all whole cuts of meat (including pork) to 145°F as measured with a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the meat.
