Famed chef Albert Adrià collaborated with the candy masters at Torrons Vicens to offer a new take on traditional turrón candy. He showcases the Urgèlia, a rich cow’s milk cheese, to add a surprisingly luxurious taste to this gourmet confection.
Albert Adrià and his brother Ferran founded possibly the most famous restaurant in the world, El Bulli, in their native Catalunya. Since that project closed, Albert continues to innovate. He runs multiple successful restaurants in Barcelona and explores new ground through partnerships like this one with Torrons Vicens. The Adrià brothers are always exploring new ways to present quality products in stunningly unexpected ways.
