Nassari anchovies are caught by traditional methods in the Cantabrian and Mediterranean Seas. The freshly caught anchovies are cleaned and then salted in barrels for at least 6 months. The anchovies are then desalted and cut into fillets before being covered with olive oil. Anchovies are rich in vitamins, minerals, and Omega 3 fatty acids. Their salty flavor makes them an excellent choice for salads or served on toast, and they pair well with a good white wine.

Nassari is a family-owned business with 5 generations of experience with fishing and processing seafood. They do not use any additives or preservatives in their anchovies, so keep them in the refrigerator. Make sure any leftover fillets remain covered in oil after opening and use them within two weeks.
