Our Return Policy
If you have an issue with a product we will do our best to take care of the problem quickly. Please carefully read our Return Policies below to help us make the process as smooth as possible. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Contact Customer Care to request your RMA at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-710-4304, Monday-Friday from 9am-8pm ET and Saturday-Sunday, from 12pm-3pm ET. Because we process orders so quickly, we are not able to cancel or make changes to existing orders.
- All returns must have an RMA number
- All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of best-buy date on packaging.
- If possible, please send photos of damaged items to expedite your return.
- Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging
- Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
- Gift recipients may only return their gift for a gift card
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Products purchased at our Williamsburg retail store may only be returned at the store.
