Manzanilla olives are the classic green olive grown in Sevilla, a firm olive with a crisp bite and mild flavor. They are a wonderful snack served with cheese and chorizo and a glass of wine.
Our friend chef José Andrés is passionate about great traditional food from Spain. He has traveled across the country sourcing the very best products for his private label brand. He has partnered with Elia, an artisan olive maker located in the rolling hills outside of Sevilla, where olive trees grow as far as the eye can see.
