Made from hand-harvested peppers and smoked over oak wood for 15 days, this bittersweet smoked paprika has a mildly piquant, intensely smoky flavor. It has been produced for more than 100 years by La Dalia, the first producer of Denominación de Origen Pimentón de La Vera, assuring its quality.

Pimentón is a perfect addition to a wide range of dishes, adding its distinctive warm, smoky richness to stews and sauces, eggs, potatoes, seafood, grilled meats, and beyond. Pimentón de La Vera Agridulce, or bittersweet smoked paprika, is the most popular variety of pimentón in Spain, making up 2/3 of the total production of paprika.
