This delicious vinegar is as bright and refreshing as a glass of sparkling Cava. Crafted by the Badia family in Lleida, it has a lighter acidity and delicate fruity notes. We love it on a garden salad or freshly steamed asparagus and string beans. Add a dash to grilled fish or raw oysters to enhance their flavor.

Cava is the sparkling wine of the Catalunya region, a sister wine to champagne. Gardeny Cava vinegar is a combination of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada Cava varieties, lending a balanced, fruity flavor with just a touch of sweetness.

For over 100 years the Badia family has carefully aged vinegars in their cellars, following time honored traditions and resisting the rapid industrial process used by most producers. 

While Cava vinegar is made from sparkling wine, there are no bubbles in this vinegar.
