We created these authentic Spanish-style chorizos in cooperation a small sausage maker using the best ingredients and no preservatives. Heritage Duroc pork lends a rich flavor and juiciness. Imported Pimentón de La Vera smoked paprika, fresh garlic and other top quality spices impart the true flavor of Spain.

These chorizos are delicious on the grill and great for your next Spanish paella. You can also serve them as a breakfast sausage or simmered in red wine.

Your chorizo will arrive cold in two separate packs. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week or for up to 8 weeks in the freezer. U.S. Made and USDA inspected.
