This delicious turrón from Vicens and Chef Albert Adrià is a reinvention of the traditional Catalan snack pa amb xocolata – bread with chocolate – made with bittersweet dark chocolate truffle, Arbequina olive oil and crunchy bread. It’s ideal as an afternoon snack, or even for breakfast alongside a cup of café con leche!

Since 1775, the candy masters at Vicens have made world-class turrón in the village of Agramunt, in Catalonia. Famed chef and pastry master Albert Adrià partnered with Vicens to create a line of turrones and other desserts inspired by the many sweet creations he invented for el Bulli, one of the best restaurants of all time.
