Paella is one of the most iconic dishes from Spain - and it is easy to make en casa as well! Mercado Little Spain provides the essentials to make your paella at home. Our kit includes a 15" traditional steel paella pan, which helps achieve the soccarat (the crispy, caramelized bottom later of rice) at the bottom of the pan. We also include a cooking base with traditional Valencian aromas of rosemary and saffron, to get you started, as well as short-grain, absorbent Calasparra rice, Arbequina olive oil and Spanish saffron for seasoning. Just add the protein of your choice and you're on your way to a delicious paella en casa!
